Student Enrollment
• Students will be enrolled in the first grade once they reach the age stipulated by law.
• When enrolling first-grade students, priority will be given to those who are:
a) Siblings of current students;
b) Children, siblings, or relatives of school graduates;
c) Children of school staff members.
Required Documents for First Grade Enrollment:
• An application addressed to the school principal;
• Two recent passport-sized photographs of the student (3×4);
• A copy of the child’s birth certificate or identity/passport document (for foreign nationals, a notarized translation);
• Copies of parents’ identity documents;
• A medical certificate with vaccination details;
• A copy of the child’s residence document (for foreign nationals, if available);
• A copy of the parent’s residence document (for foreign nationals, if available);
• A copy of the parent’s social vulnerability certificate (if applicable).
• A personal file for the student will be created upon enrollment.
In the Case of Student Transfer from Another Educational Institution:
According to the order No. 193/N of the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, dated September 19, 2012, on “Approval of the Rules for Student Mobility in General Educational Institutions,” the following documents must be presented:
• An application addressed to the school principal;
• The student’s personal file;
• Current academic assessments;
• A certificate indicating missed hours per subject;
• A copy of the order regarding the student’s withdrawal from the previous educational institution;
• A copy of the child’s birth certificate or identity/passport document (for foreign nationals, a notarized translation);
• Copies of parents’ identity documents;
• A medical certificate with vaccination details;
• A copy of the child’s residence document (for foreign nationals, if available);
• A copy of the parent’s residence document (for foreign nationals, if available).
Classroom Size and Enrollment Process:
• The maximum number of students per class is 25.
• The school has the right to assess the knowledge and skills of students seeking mobility (through an interview or exam/test) to ensure compatibility with the national curriculum of the desired grade level. This process aims to determine the need for individual academic support.
• Enrollment may be denied if the number of applications exceeds available spots.
• Enrollment will be finalized upon the signing of a contract with the student and their representative, and the issuance of an enrollment order.
• The administration is required to inform both the student and their parents about the school’s internal regulations.
• Students may be transferred to a parallel class based on a request from the parent, subject to the decision of the school principal.
